As a Catholic school we support the work of CAfOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development). CAfOD works with some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in over 60 countries worldwide, tackling poverty and injustice.

On Friday (28th March) we held our Lent CAfOD Fast Day Soup Lunch for students in  years 9, 10 and 11 in order to raise funds to support the charity. Pupils were given soup and a roll at lunchtime and were asked to make a small donation towards CAfODs work.

A grand total of £230 was raised on the day. Thank you to everyone for your support.
