This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support a cluster of schools in the Yorkshire coast region. This is a varied role that will lead the site teams within the designated schools and provide advice on facilities management, planning and policy. This will include responsibility for the planning of refurbishments, improvements and general maintenance schedules throughout the schools in accordance with legislative regulations.

We are looking for someone with a background in facilities management. You will have a professional qualification in building, facilities, estates or related field (level 5 – HND) or equivalent experience and knowledge and understanding of relevant statutory regulations and codes of practise. With line management experience you will also have excellent influencing skills to manage relationships with people at all levels and the ability to write reports and policies.
